Questions

What is ContentCrab?+

ContentCrab is an industry intelligence tool. It monitors the trade publications you choose, scores every article for relevance so you can see what actually matters, and turns the stories you pick into content written in your voice.

Can ContentCrab write my newsletter?+

Yes, though that is one output rather than the point. ContentCrab watches your sources, scores every article for relevance and shows you what moved this week. From the stories you pick it writes an email, a LinkedIn post and a short promo, all in your voice. If all you want is a newsletter you will get one, but the monitoring underneath is what makes it worth reading.

What sources can ContentCrab scrape?+

Any website with an RSS feed, which covers most news sites, blogs, and industry publications. ContentCrab also uses Google News RSS as a fallback, so even sites without a direct feed can be scraped.

Who is ContentCrab for?+

Anyone who needs to stay on top of an industry and be seen to know it. Consultants, agency owners, B2B marketers, recruiters, financial services professionals, and founders who have to sound informed about a sector every week.

How much does ContentCrab cost?+

ContentCrab has a free Starter tier with 5 sources and 2 scrapes per week. Pro is $19/month for 15 sources and unlimited scrapes. Team is $49/month for unlimited everything. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial.

What makes ContentCrab different from Mailchimp or Beehiiv?+

They are delivery tools: they send what you have already written. ContentCrab does the part before that, which is knowing what happened in your industry and turning it into something worth sending. You can send it through whichever platform you already use.

Can I edit what it writes?+

Yes, and you should. ContentCrab gives you a full editor with the email and LinkedIn versions side by side with a live preview. Edit, duplicate to compare approaches, and approve before anything goes out. Voice profiles get it close, but the last pass is yours.

How does the voice profile work?+

You upload or write a description of your writing style, including the words you use, the tone you prefer, and any rules (like no exclamation marks or no corporate jargon). The AI uses this profile every time it generates content for you.
